Our woodland to shore Pre-School, is nestled back from the banks of the River Torridge.
Muddy Boots provides a unique platform for skilled practitioners to deliver a bespoke curriculum. Through rich activity, practitioners and forest school leaders observe and interact with children as they pursue their own interests following their learning journey in nature.
Muddy Boots offers funded day care from 9-3 term time as well as opening for holiday clubs and before and after care for children from 2-8 years.

At Muddy Boots children are immersed in nature. The captivating, sensory experience ignites their flourishing imaginations, promotes and enhances their sense of awe and wonder. Our children continue to blossom on their learning journey, as skilled, curious, little learners, ready to face the world around them.
Muddy Boots Pre-school is run from a purpose built cabin, sympathetically nestled into the `forgotten'enchanted woodland of Chircombe House, Chircombe Lane, Bideford.
The pre-school utilizes woodland, field and shore along with access to the vast magnificent uninterrupted grounds of Chircombe. The school is only accessible via Chanters Road.
